Mr. McKenzie is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®), which is an accreditation he received from the National Association of Realtors®. This certification is given to real estate professionals who have sharpened their negotiation skills, learned about behind-the-scenes challenges and how to solve them, mastered how to handle a broad range of situations and personalities, and learned how to manage the competing goals of those taking part in a real estate transaction.

Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA®) is an accreditation given by the National Association of Realtors®. Mr. McKenzie earned this certification through a rigorous program in which he enhanced his skills in appraising properties, creating a superior Comparative Marketing Analysis, working alongside appraisers, and guiding his clients through the frequent anxieties and concerns they have about property values.
First Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS®) is a credential awarded by the California Association of Realtors®. Under this program, Mr. McKenzie enhanced his skills in helping first-time property buyers through the purchasing process, learned how to provide a greater quality of service to today’s new generation of home buyers (and buyers trying to get back into the market), and learned the most effective methods of delivering information to these buyers on what mortgage programs are available to help them overcome financing obstacles as they work to purchase a new home.
Mr. McKenzie is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES®), credited to him by MTI Education. CPRES® Realtors® like Mr. McKenzie have completed a thorough program that focused on estate settlements, wills, conservatorships, and the financial and legal implications of trusts and wills. The CPRES® accreditation is proof that Mr. McKenzie is professionally trained to help his clients through the entire probate process, in its relation to real estate.

Mr. McKenzie is a Certified Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist® (RSPS®). He earned this accreditation by developing the skills and knowledge base that professional real estate agents need to specialize in handling properties located in resort, recreational, or vacation destination settings. This includes expertise in selling, buying, and managing investment properties and second homes.
